This demonstrates that quality is part of the everyday work of Electrotrans and that forces us to go much more deeper into all the details of our products and processes. |

An expert consultor on International Trading told some times that exporting is an accident that happens sometimes to some companies. That happen Electrotrans, too. Some day we received an order from France. We thought it was only an anecdote and a casuallity, but at few time later, we received an other order from Germany. So, we needed to re-think our marketing strategy and our approach about our focus market. For years, the turnover from exports has growing year by year. Today we have a Technical Engineering as Sales and Export Manager with a Master of International Trading at Cordoba University. At Electrotrans, we spoke English, French, German, Italian and Spanish in order to improve our relation with our clients. The quality of our products, the capacity for adapt them to the requirements of our customers and to the markets, makes the exportation a normally fact of our daily work. |

In July, we have been on a trade mission to Malopolska, a region of southern Poland whose main city is Krakow. We were together a large group of entrepreneurs of the province of Cordoba (Spain) for a week near, to establish solid business relationships with companies of this region as well as of other nearby.
During the months before the trip we were locating and contacted numerous companies of the sector, some branchs of groups to which we already sell in other countries. During the stay we had opportunity to visit some of these companies: transformer manufacturers and distributors.
We were greeted by Marshall (Vice-Chairman) Roman Ciepiela and by the Director General for Development Wilimska Wioletta. Also we visited the Technological Institute and know first hand the situation of the industrial sector as well as the impressive industry ArcelorMittal.
We saw the esteem that Poland have by Spain by the expressions of kindness and sympathy lavished on us. Undoubtedly, Krakow is worth to be visited because it is a historical city full of monuments with an excellent gastronomy and a lovely people. Hopefully, we can increase sales and trade relations with Poland as it is a beautiful country.

On 6th and 7th of May we visited the CWIEME (Coil Winding, Insulation and Electrical Manufacturing Exhibition) in Berlin (Germany), where we met with some of our suppliers and contact with other companies from other countries that manufacture or distribute other products complementary of ours. We also find some of our Spanish customers and from outside Spain. In opinion of some atendees this Fair apparently has not had same participants than years before, sure that the crisis is the main reason of this. The stand of Asiatics manufacturers had less visitors in general than manufacturers from Europe. We hope that this would be a commitment to companies like ours. |
